Today we drove about an hour and a half on very bumpy and dusty roads to our clinic location. We saw 33 local people. We tested and handed out eyeglasses to about 29 One of our team noted a special dad that arrived with two young sons. He was only interested in getting them glasses and refused his own registration at each station. Finally at the testing station he was persuaded to get tested and it turned out he needed glasses himself. How special that all three were able to get what they needed.
The picture is of a bat hanging from the clinic ceiling. Apparently the building was filled with them when it got opened up this morning
